I, and others are going to advise you to go with minimum PMMA enhancement. A round or two with just 10% would be highly advisable. I think Dr. N only does 30% however. I think a 7" Girth goal is ridiculous, you should reconsider. Anywhere in the 6" is hugeee. Think with your brain not your Dick on that decision. If you're getting PMMA you're going to loose your veiny look. Thats something to consider.
