It is something that bothers me a great deal and I saw "thehulks" results after sitting on this board for so long decided to post about them. I do wish there was more studies done on the effectiveness of these things. I have found a few which simply say that all are too risky to be used. I have also seen both horror stories and and miracles on this site. I never would want to take a risk with my penis. Since having an average Girth one is better then having none at all. I do want a thicker one though. I don't want to just drop it. From. What I read PE gives very temporary gains. It becomes this defficult time looking at medical journals and thinking about the risks. I have not really experienced any trauma other then knowing that my cick isn't as thick as it could be and I would like it to be. I know there are people with smaller members and there are people with larger. I just want to be a bit thicker. I am jusy trying to figure out what the acronym stands for.I understand I am abover average in length and that makes my average Girth look even thinner. It is an aesthetic change I'm after functionally it works. Also being young I think is an advantage for healing and the like. I am not interested in rushing into anything and I know the longer I wait the better the procedures get. Alloderm is looking like a good option though. Honestly though my goals is 5.5 Girth so not that much of an increase. I found PMMA just a second ago. My concern is the slowing of the healing process as I get older affecting my results. I think that as soon as a safe and effective method is introduced, penis enlargement will actually become as popular as breast enhancement. Times have changed and since the dawn of the internet (meaning access to shit loads of porn) and continuing advancement of womens lib (they can fend for themselves) the male sexual insecurity in an ever increasing issue. The demand for such procedures is already big and in the next decade the demand will increase several fold. But this in itself tells you the truth about the standard of procedures currently available. Despite such huge demand, only a handful of surgeons in the US perform them. Is that because they don't like earning money for relatively simple surgery? Or is it because the procedures just aren't very good options and patients dissatisfaction rates are too high? If demand is there, but an industry isn't satisfying it, then the history of economics tells us that it's either illegal or not possible. Personally I don't think there are any good options for a guy your age with such a good sized penis. The only reason Alloderm is looking like a good option, is because you've probably read how it should work in theory. If you were aware of the track record of the procedure it would suddenly look like not such a good option. The same is true of all the surgical procedures available. In theory they all sound good and you only need to find one or two positive testimonials on forums to convince yourself it's the right procedure for you. But I'd challenge to go through this board and the old PhalloBoards and find a surgical procedure that over half the guys who have had it are happy with. PMMA has potential, but in my opinion, it is still too early for a guy such as yourself to commit to. My advice is that if you haven't at least suffered some real mental trauma as a result of your penis size don't have any of these procedures. Wait a few years and then review the data on PMMA enhancement or see if there are any advances in terms of surgical methods.
