TOPIC: Pumps for PMMA after care

Unless you plan on water pumping don't bother buying an actual pump. You can buy cheap vacuum devices that are electric powered, so you don't have to sit there and pump. Then all you need is a cylinder and some silicone tube.

I used to use one of these. I bought it second hand off ebay for about '15. It's so much nicer than having to actually manually pump.

My X40 seems to be of exceptional quality. I have no desire to gain size; simply to exercise the penis and maintain postoperative results. I still exhibit great aesthetics at 16 days post touch up. I've been using the X40 for 8 days.

Pumping puts a lot of pressure on the area right beneath the glands, you often get fluid built up there. This is the area that you usually have lots of swelling post procedure also, so it could be very uncomfortable. I think I did pump a bit with very low pressure after R1, but nothing consistent

Maybe you use too much pressure. I do think 3 weeks is too long of a wait, after all doesn't the collagen start to form 3 days after the procedure.

I'm using the X40. I will keep everyone updated. I barely fit in the thing though.

A lot of members who has had PMMA and pumped gotten temporary results for length and Girth. Some kept those gains longer then others, so I assumed this could be a way help add on length but i guess it doesn't work for everyone. I had high hopes for the bathmate, but to me it seems like its just good to prevent ed and to have great sex, that goes for other pumps too.

I think it would lead to the product clumping due to the pressure that draws your penis to the top, like it would migrate to thr circ area.... of course I could be wrong and I wouldn't suggest anyone trying it for post care.

I suppose I should chime in here... been pumping now myself for about 3 or 4 days to see if I was doing it poorly before...

I do 3 x 5min sessions (sometimes I extend a session to 10min) with a normal pump / gauge and water (similar to how purple donkey described above) I simply fill the tube about 1" above my glans with water and by the time I get to the 3rd session the water in the pump is almost entering the valve but not quite. I never pass 5hg of pressure.

Works like a charm. And so far so good with it. No extra ridges or anything showing and if anything its even made things look even better... Evened things out and made it more uniform. Though I guess the true test would be to pump for a week and then have like a week off.

I suppose I'll hold my judgement on pumping... water pumping does seem to make a bit of a difference. I don't think I'd ever use a bathmate though... I enjoy my standard pump and gauge (brake bleeder pump / gauge, Colt 2.75" Cylinder with quick release valve).

I always thought you were supposed to pump right after the procedure.

Wade actually advised me to begin pumping just about 2 weeks shy of my 2nd Round, which is tentatively set for February 11. He explained that this is something they've been recommending to soften any scar tissue that develops so that the next layer can settle in. I'm not sure on the physiological composition of the theory, however, it made sense when he explained it to me.

He said not to over do it with the pressure, just to get it to your Erect length and hold for about 5 minutes. Then repeat. Do that about 3 times a day. Please do not quote me on this exactly as I am speaking from my recollection of the discussion from yesterday.

Miracle do you have the hydromax x40 or x40 xtreme? I onced used a regular pump then immediately used my Hercules, the results were amazing but I wonder if I over pumped.

Sizemic and I had negative results with pumping ""AFTER" PMMA had formed (right Sizemic?). So, If wade says pumping is a good idea after PMMA injection and "WHILE" collagen is forming, then we will have to wait and see the results.

This PMMA thing, while has fairly stable results so far, is still going through learning curve. May be in 6-8 years we will have more solid data...Time will tell.

Does anything know if this will promote collagen or break it down?
