Nobody will be able to make that guarantee for you. There will likely be something not "totally natural", it just depends on what is acceptable for you. If you require perfection this isn't the procedure for you. If you can accept slight imperfections then it might be a good fit.

Hi there and welcome. Are you a Grower or shower? Are you cut or uncut? If you're cut and not a severe retractor, I would say that could look ok, you should be able to pass with that. For the kind of gains you're looking for I'd say 10%, probably just one session. Make sure you do your research, read all the progress reports, know the risks and things that can go wrong. Thanks m8. Im actually a several year lurker here and a long term (albeit inconsistent) practitioner of manual PE. I have gained some Girth and length through the years.
