Dr Ralph has used various different implant material. When Mikehok spoke to him he mentioned Indextene. But he's used Alloderm and fat before as well. But he isn't really an enlargement surgeon and I wouldn't recommend him for it. I think he only does it in certain circumstances.

Restylane or Juvederm ?
Both Juvederm and Restylane are FDA approved Hyaluronic Acid fillers. There are minor technical differences in the two products. Both are proven to provide lasting results. Having said that, I think an experienced physician can do just about anything with just about any product. What is important to the consumer is what happens to a product when it is used by a less experienced physician. This is important because not everyone is going to be treated by the "world's greatest."As a physician with a great deal of experience with these products, I prefer Restylaneand Perlane. The "smoothness" of Juvederm is not a clinically meaningful expression. It is a marketing term of art. The marketing people are making lemonade out of lemons.Having said that, when injecting tiny volumes, Juvederm is less likely to form a bump because it readily diffuses in the tissues. This is an advantage for doctors who are not prepared to mold and work with the filler once it is in the tissue.Restylane is more cohesive and tends to stay where it is placed. It needs to be carefully molded once injected. The advantage of this cohesion is that Restylane can be used to build up the face in away that is impossible with Juvederm. This is especially evident in the lower eyelid/tear trough hollow under the eyes. Juvederm injected in this area in enough volume to make a difference can readily drift into the top of the cheek creating unwanted fullness. This does not happen with Restylane. On the other hand, one has to expect lumps with Restylane and actively work to smooth these if they occur. This can easily be done and it is my opinion that the results are worth the effort. Some authors here suggest that Juvederm does not last, and I think the reality is that it does last but it tends to get flattened in the tissue and over time appears less effective.Recognize that some offices push products because the doctors get financial incentives from the companies to do so and these incentives increase based on how much of the company's product the offices uses. For example, Allergan incentivizes plastic surgeons by counting any of the Allergan products, this includes BOTOX, Juvederm, Prevage, as well as Allergan manufacturedbreast implants. For Allergan, the offices that use enough of their product not only get a significant discount on product, they get favorable placement on the Allergan doctor referral website.Medicis, the company that makes Restylane, has a similar type program, but it only applied to its Hyaluronic Acid filler products. So be aware of this because it creates a potential bias in what the doctor may recommend.
For penis enhancement and according to the above ,,, It seems that Juvederm wins !

Well it is still a very impressive result. I would not do FFT, but it is a huge transformation.

Couldn't wait till interested got back to us so I gave dr G a call to get some answers.the dr injects Radiesse and has been doing so for 6 years if my memory is correct.he recommends two syringes inject at 10 o'clock and 2 o'clock from cross section perspective of the penis. He haven't had any complications from his patients and according to him he has had many patients during his 6 years.Expected increase in volume is around 20% and results last around a year maybe longer. He uses a small needle and the procedure cost 1800$. Can someone help me understand whats the difference between using canula and a needle?some of you mentioned that you are scared of the idea using needle - is it that bad?Thats all info i could pull out during my quick phone chat with the doctor

Thanks, I was wondering if some of the complications could continue to linger after the filler had gone. I guess it is just like you have said multiple times, the safest way is to not do anything! Thanks for your continued involvement here Hoddle!

I'm not sure if he meant total volume or circumference. Harveyman had a EL of 6.5-6.75 and started with a EG of 4.75-4.85 and he said he gained .5 Inch in circumference. According to his PMMA progress report, he maintained a Girth of 5 1/8-2/8 after 8-10 months. In regards to touchups, he did not say they were needed. He was confident that bumps and such can be fixed by message the first week. What us everyone thoughts on the Dr telling me that there may be some permanent growth with Radiesse? I was surprised he mentioned that and wished I would have asked more questions. He did tell me that he self injected Radiesse in his face and it seems to have last over 2 years. He did say the penis is more vascular and this contributes to faster breakdown. I wonder if getting multiple injections would eventually lead to a permanent gain?
Wow and the Dr you speak of is exactly 57 miles from my home. Cutting out travel and hotel costs makes this a VERY inviting idea for me to hold over until I'm more certain of perm fillers. I think I'm going to have to talk to the good DR. myself.
Thank you for getting this info and sharing it!

When I called their office and requested radiese to be injected, it was a simple no on the radiese and said that they prefered fat as it was better with stem cell technique. I will give them a call again as to get the reason for not injecting radiese in the first place.
@yao: with my stats I want to do it as soon as possible but I want to be 100% sure to pull the trigger.

As far as I'm concerned, I will likely go through with the procedure at some point but I will wait some time. Maybe 6 months. The thoughts of using PMMA are really out of the question for me at this point. I would like to add a thought for those that are on the fence. If one is willing to use a temp filler for the time being, I imagine more fillers will enter the market. Possibly, a product that is longer lasting or one that can be more easily removed. It's nice knowing that if an issue does arise, it will not be permanent. Furthermore, Radiesse is made from materials the body recognizes, which I believe is quite advantageous.
@interested1: Great job man. Did he mention anything about expected gains and if one would need any touch ups to correct possible flaws from the first procedure. I think I might go for it. Thanks
