I had a glass of wine a few hours after my procedures, I do not believe there were any bad side effects. Also, Collagen builds slowly and takes a while to really form around the beads. Nevertheless, too much alcohol is bad for you period.... Everyone's autoimmune response is different. According to the Metacrill studies, in Wistar rats the collagen begins roughly 2 weeks post implantation and continues for up to 2 months. I'm no rat though.
