It might if a skin flap technique was used, like a V/Y or Z plasty. But, as I said, no one would perform the surgery now. When I was in Serbia Miro Djordevic showed it to me. He was going to perform a lig re-attachment surgery in the coming weeks. I doubt you'll find a surgeon who will do it for you these days.
