I agree with almost everything you have posted. I am an omnivore and extremely healthy with T levels over 900 and free T levels of 300+. My cholesterol, triglycerides and all other vitals are tip top. I gained around 1" to land at 5.75in EG MS, and 7" EG B. My results are pretty great, as it seems most land around .5-.75", but I'm guessing I'll continue to loose a bit more Girth in the coming months. How many competetion/elite level athletes are vegetarians? It is my belief that humans are omnivores and can get by on a vegetarian diet but they must have animal based foods to achieve full genetic potential. There is a certain class of people that have studied humans for thousands of years and believe that humans on vegetarian diets are more docile and easily controlled, that usually means that the menfolk will have lower T levels. Yes, that is correct that organic does not mean grass fed and vice versa. Ideally you want your animal products to be both organic and grass fed. Note above I mentioned free range, which means that the animals will be eating grass or in its' natural environment. And yes, pasteurized dairy products are inflammatory and along with the other garbage they pump into the cows makes most store bought milk poison. The higher SHBG levels is enough reason to shun a vegetarian diet as free testosterone levels are what count for strength and other manly characteristics. Also, vegetarians by forgoing the concentrated calories of animals based fats will usually substitute those calories with simple carbs that cause a insulin spike causing the body to suck all those excess calories into the cells causing weight gain in the form of fat. As men become fatter, T production drops off favoring higher estrogen levels which in turn favor even more fat gain setting up a viscous cycle. Ironically eating animal fats outright are less likely to make you fat. I've had sex numerous times and it's almost not worth having--can't really feel anything, loss of Erection, same situation as yours. You'll need at least 2 rounds to achieve a 1" gain in Girth and may need more for aesthetic touch up. No. A Penis Pump or Bogus supplements will not produce the results you are looking for. You should see a Urologist and have a color Doppler ultrasound of your penile arteries with an induced Erection. If normal (good blood flow and no venous leakage), have a full hormone profile done via blood work. You'll want to have testosterone, estrogen, E2, free testosterone, dihydrotestosterone and prolactin checked. If all of this checks out normal, your problem could be psychogenic ED which is unlikely but does occur. Do you have normal nocturnal erections? Do you wake up with morning wood? How is your diet?
