If i could hang and get PMMA, I would consider it. I would imagine it you got Erection maintained it, while in tube. Then I guess, just guess it you pump on a low pressure it sure be okay, with breaks in between. But I would imagine you would be able to do high pressure, or long periods. Wade said that there shouldn't be any problem pumping after PMMA in regards to loss of size or anything like that. "Once the material is there, it's there." Were his words. But on my last round he noticed I have slight ridges at the base (wade called them dog ears) and he said that could happen with people who pumped a lot before PMMA (since pumpers often develop dog ears themselves.. Extra skin etc). I feel like more pumping would make it worse because it would likely encourage lifting of the ears more. Hopefully that makes sense. I've pumped after Hanging in hopes that the added blood flow will aid in healing. Regardless of the actual benefits or lack of I've not had any negative issues result from pumping. I hang for 10 - 15 minutes and follow with a 5 minute pump session. The amount of vacuum pressure and the time spent in the pump must be carefully monitored to prevent damage and ensure success. Or did it only before PMMA, I am not sure. But also I tend to bruise easier, I get the little red spots of burst veins more often even under a bit of low pressure. The single biggest deterrent though is that with the PMMA added to the top of my shaft right at my exit point, the tube pushes badly on that and causing some internal aching for a bit after. I do get a nice hang and fullness after as typical for several hours, but then I think it gets worse than normal for the following day. He is worried that he could develop "dog ears" or a flare at the base if he does it anymore. He mentioned that Wade told him that such side effects are pretty common with guys who pump with PMMA. The only reason I am contemplating pumping is because I want to try to increase the size of my glans. Some people buy a cheap cylinder (within reason) and then just replace the shitty pumps that often come with them with a better one, as you want one with a measurement method on it. I'm going to start to hang again in a bit or so (once Im unlazy enough to go buy some new weights), and I'll let you know how it goes. I think its possible and should be fine to make some light or normal lig stretch gains.
