Even with a solid PCT, the damage can become permanent. As far as HCG goes, low dosage and periodic usage <250mcg, will mimic leuteinizing hormone and will temporarily elevate testosterone. Large doses or long term use will damage the HPTA and LH and GNRH will be suppressed. I have naturally boosted both TT (total testosterone) and FT (free testosterone) from 640 to now over 850 and have maintained that boost for over 6 months at 39 years of age. I suggest reading the articles on PubMed.com. Trenbolone is the strongest AAS and will shutdown your HPTA fast. It will also elevate prolactin which will kill your libido. Sure you can use Cabergoline to counteract prolactin increase but why risk it? Increasing collagen synthesis through anabolic/androgenic AAS's will not increase your gains from PMMA. Gains are a result of the body's natural immune response to a foreign body. This has already been covered.
