Its one thing to get scammed buying a fake diamond or being ripped off on a property but to screw up a mans penis is the lowest of the low. It would be like a woman going in for implants to get D cups & coming away with a disfigured penis or smaller boobs. The safest & greatest results for a penis surgery isnt here yet & probably wont be for another 10 years. In my opinion, his 'office' is just a set up to get your money. He indeed may do the ligament cut surgery, like many others. Whether he has been a good one in so doing, it has yet to be shown.
