@hoddle- I think around $100 for 1 vial of Silikon1000.

@ttar- Our body will coat and cover these microdrops with a new collagen. In regard of silicone or also PMMA our bodies will not convert them to collagen.

Hoddle, let me be clear, I have not read about women with PMMA butt injections complaining of granulama symptoms less than three years after treatment. Cases may exist, so perhaps I should have phrased the time frame less definitively. And yes you make a good point, I can offer some personal experience in the future that guys can relate to better. So, There are only two blogs on PMMA penile injections: "Victims of Dr Bayard" and "Victims of Metacril". Unfortunately though they are in portugese and appear to be heavy on accusations and light on facts, so I primarily have read about PMMA butt complications in the past. The women point out the brand of PMMA occasionally but do not often mention the doctor, and never type of cannula, ect. This type of info just is not available so you never will have all the facts. Honestly, most people that run into problems are depressed and leaving a detailed list of all the circumstances relevant to their case is not a priority. But I agree with you, forum member can filter information accordingly to draw their own conclusions. Let me be clear I am not on a crusade to prevent people from increasing the size of their penis. But I also think it is foolish to limit the conversations to positive outcomes only because it gives guys a false sense of optimism. Some guys will be perfectly happy with the results of their PE procedure for the rest of their lives, others won't.

A word of advice to newbies, there ought to be a thorough discussion on the efficacy of Silikon 1000 (as Artefill will likely be too expensive an alternative), how it relates to PMMA, how it differs, and perhaps more importantly, how truly skilled Dr. Loria is.

Filler techniques are in part successful due to the skill of the performing physician. I think it would be ideal to obtain as many before & afters to get some sense of how his results look, the kind of quantities he injects per round, and so on.

It may be appealing to pull the trigger on an American-based "bioplasty-type" procedure, but it wasn't until some initial investigation before some of the first PMMA pioneers pulled the trigger with the Dr. C method. I'm curious to learn more about this method, how it compares to current bioplasty techniques (namely PMMA), how it differs, and perhaps, which has a greater advantage when it comes to long-term safety as well as aesthetic consistency.

smartman wrote: I always love to learn more and more about new procedures and techniques in PE and esp. what these doctors trying to establish, I think Dr.Loria with his technique, he is trying to find the best way for a permanent penile girth enhancement (a filler cheaper than other permanent fillers e.g. Artefill, injected in a safe way and with an easy technique ) .

Usually what we know Silikon1000 is advised to be injected in a micro-droplets technique to avoid serious complications (and never in a large volume--->complications e.g. migration, etc.) and each drop will be covered with a new collagen later on , but with this technique you need to inject around 200 times just to have 1cc of silikon inside your body (so 2000 micro-drops = only 10cc), so he knew if he wants to inject Silikon1000 he has to form these micro-drops in the injected area (e.g. penis)--> to avoid migration, etc., so he was thinking how to inject this Silikon liquid in an easy method (but this new Silikon1000 will contain already micro-drops of silicone similar to the pmma beads) so he has to form these micro-drops and separate them from each others , so the idea came to him is to mix Silikon1000 in a precise conc. with other substances ( Artefill, juvederm, restylane and other elements)i.e. these substances will divide or separate the Silikon into thousands-millions of micro-drops . (I.e. he is trying to modify this Silikon1000 and make it similar to the pmma filler in a different way)(micro-drops=beads).

So by this technique he thinks he can avoid hundreds may be thousands of injections just to get the desire volume in a safe way.

The Q. I was thinking about if for an example Artefill was cheaper than Silikon1000 , will he use his modified Silikon still ??

Thanks Smartman, according to your link, Dr. Loria's website states:

The precise mixture, concentrations, ratios, etc., have been developed by Dr. Loria and is proprietary information. If the mixture of Liquid Silicone is inappropriate, or not prepared adequately, complications may occur, including infection, inflammation, and complication that would occur with injecting pure Liquid Silicone.

Considering he's been primarily a hair restoration specialist, his venture into penis enlargement has to be rather new. I mean, I don't recall once ever reading about his PLATINUM method in forums/years past. The reason I point this out is that I'm a bit confused as to why this doctor is so certain his "concentrations, ratios, etc" are the most effective mixture, given that there probably isn't any other method/mixture to compare it to. And how much data does he really have on both short term and long term effects with his Silicone cocktail?

The question regarding his experience & expertise as it pertains to bioplasty (that's essentially what he's performing) is also very important in determining how skilled he is in augmenting a dynamic organ like the penis with a "dermal" filler. As we learned from the massive PMMA thread in the old forum, bioplasticians need to possess skillful injection technique to be successful.

All of this is very important, and I hope others with info chime in. Maybe we can shoot their office an email and copy & paste the correspondences in this thread, similar to what was done early in the PMMA research days.

Exactly. That's the very reason why I (we) ask you to provide some background/sources/info to your assertions so that we can bring to light real risks associated with any given procedure. In this way we can improve the balance of information, both positive & negative outcomes.

In the meantime, I ask we resume the topic matter, thanks.

I am actually meeting with the Dr. tomorrow. Seeing that I am brand new to this forum what are questions I should ask him that you all may or may not have. Also what are other options to PE I am seriously looking for a viable option seeing that I am extremely small 4.25 EG and 4 EL and am completely embarrassed by it. Thnx

And why hasn't he bothered joining the forum if he's willing to give photos away ?? And I'm not exactly sold on those photos, just saying.

And BigJunk, if you were well aware of this procedure and were contemplating as long as you (presumably) have, why did you wait till someone else started a thread to chime in??

I understand what your saying SO but just like any new procedure you may not find much info on it until more people have gone through with it. I'm pretty sure when PMMA first came to light there wasn't many testimonials or photos taken to prove it works. Maybe these guys are from the test trail and never considered to join a forum and talk about it: maybe they were just contracted to share their experiencesI with customers in exchange for a free procedure.

It seems this forum is changing rapidly. Everytime someone throws out an idea about a new procedure person is immediately shot down if they don't have a two page thesis on it. In the infant days of the old forum Everyone kept open minds and turned peeled back layers to find out if the procedure is plausible. Now if it's not PMMA people close their ears. It's just annoying and neEd to stop. Hear these people out and give it a chance. We won't learn anything if people keep getting shot off or called a shill.

When? And so what if that is the case? Do you not know the history of this industry? The reason there is no standardized technique that is because despite numerous different approaches, to date none have been able to produce results with high enough patient satisfaction and low enough complication rates. This has been going for 30 years and every time a new technique is introduced it seems to be followed by a new group of victims. We've learned from that and thus many of us are extremely skeptical when we hear about yet another new technique.

If with the first PMMA thread posted on PhalloBoards, the following day someone announced they were going to get it done, don't you think there would have been a similar reaction?

Im just saying relax. Look how defensive your being. Relax. It's only a forum. You acting like its a matter of life or death when someone has no proof. If it looks fishy to you move on. Or do your ownresearch and come back with what you found or didn't find. Calm DOWN.

This thread is being locked until BigJunk & ICE_CREAM contact me regarding their violation of Rule (R12.) which states:

(R12.)Account deceit is forbidden. (a) Multiple member accounts are not permitted. If you have mistakenly created two, delete one of them or have the site Administrator delete the one of them for you. (b) The use of Proxy servers, or any other means to disguise one's authentic IP address is forbidden.

The fact that not one, but two "interested Dr. Loria prospects" are running off a proxy smells so intensely like shill that, without a valid explanation, will be deemed as such. Account bans may be issued, and the forum will be made aware. I certainly hope this up & coming doctor isn't involved if there is indeed shady business going on. The "benefit of the doubt" is about as thin as thin can get, but I hope that this is ultimately a misunderstanding. Time will tell.

BigJunk & ICE_CREAM are asked not to continue posting (if done so, will result in instant and permanent ban) until this matter is resolved. Contact me either by Private message or Email (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.).

This topic will reopen when the matter is sorted out.

Hi Guys, I will try to respond to your questions as best I can. I would encourage other guys to call and collect info too so we get a clearer picture. @SO I met with Dr Rosenthal after my divorce and planned on getting grafts right away. To be honest I was having a late mid life crisis and he told me to wait a while until I was feeling more upbeat about life. Also he said at my age the risk of complications is higher than a young guy, and I will take longer to heal. Then I read about re-absorption and decided to hold off even though I think Rosenthal is a good guy. I leaned about Dr Loria just recently, and I think I was jumping the gun yesterday. Sometimes I am just too impulsive. I will not schedule treatment until I am comfortable all of my concerns are addressed. @Smartman Regarding the guy with the tape measure, I also thought his penis looked pumped. The problem is he called me before I saw it otherwise I would have asked. I think another possibility is he took the picture shortly after the injection, or after some rough sex. It looks swollen to me and may be smaller when it is not inflamed. Sorry I don't know what a dorsum is. @kcchief: email. Would love to see the ones they sent your since they sound like different patients. @AE. Yes I believe the Dr said silicone mixed with something else. (what?) @N1I: I spoke to the guy with the big one on the phone for quite a while. I did not realize how big he was until I got the pictures though later in the day. He works as an adult actor and had the procedure specifically to get more work. He said he was big even before he reached puberty which I do not doubt. Also he said it was a mixed blessing, he is making a lot more money but it is difficult for him to maintain a relationship with girls outside the industry. Most don't like what he does, and he said the extra Girth is just too big oftentimes making sex painful. He said Dr loria has done quite a few guys in the Miami porn scene but they are bigger than me to begin with. He did not consider Dr Reed or any other PE surgeon because a scar or even a small Nodule will get blown during closeups and negatively impact his career. His personal advice to me was to not get too carried away and just get one injection. He reminded me you can't go backwards in size. Also both guys said they could meet me at the doctors office to see and make a decision before I commit. Anyone else beside KC thinking about this ?
