Some women have commented on the size of mine before and have said they are quite large. The problem is they can be quite restrictive in clothing especially with PE as well. Whether you have it or not. Not only that, unlike silicone which was squishy, PMMA gets encapsulated, so it would get hard and you would be left with lumps in your testicle sack. They are not traditional "implants" but they cup the existing testicles. I believe there are a couple of members who have received these. Really the only issue I have with them is that the only doctor that does them is Dr. Elist. But guys do report that they are a lot more firm than natural. The latest version I had did feel acceptably soft. If one of them had not got infected I might still have them. When I saw Dr Gelman at UCI he insisted on removing both implants even thought the other one was not infected. He advised against implants in general. They likely raise the temperature of the scrotum and will restrict blood supply to the testicles. They are not a good idea. I wish there was another option and an alternative to Elist too. But I agree. Elist is out.
