Most likely Flaccid. Same games with words they will play and dance around with their claims...

At the end of the day, if fat transfers have been perfected, then why is there a multi billion dollar cosmetic filler industry?

How can you lengthen a Dick by fat transfer? I am toying with seeing this guy too so was wondering if anyone has been to him?

I had a consultation with him about a month ago. I had asked him about Girth enhancement and lengthening as well. He seemed to be very confident about lengthening(maybe a little bit too pompous). I asked if he did alloderm, and he replied he did,but was very insistent on doing fat grafts saying that they will give you a larger and happier Girth and saying the strips of alloderm were too thin. I then asked if he knew where he was recieving his alloderm from(there are several alloderm companies and only two i know is quite reputable), he had no clue and said to ask his nurses.(this ultimately made me question his reputability, because he is a doctor and he doesnt know where he is ordering alloderm which will ultimately end up in patients, this sort of disturbed me a little bit.) But ultimately he said you can expect an 1" gain from the lengthening. Girth he said would prefer if he used fat grafts.(I believe he is just using this as a incentive for people to come back and constantly get injections for fat grafts.) Lengthening surgery and hospital costs will total:5700and adding alloderm would cost about an extra 2800(PER A STRIP!) and 1,300per extra stripand i believe the fat graft adding onto the 5700surgery only will it cost 1300for fat graft, I had asked how much would it cost with the just fat graft is 4000$. (eye popper no?)
Though I had failed to ask him about the cost of Belladerm and Dermal Grafts(grafts using your own skin). I had also failed to ask him about how long will i need to stretch so that i dont have to stretch anymore after lengthening procedure.(due to nervousness). I hope you will have better luck than me on this and hope you can ask these questions for me. and i hope i was helpful. Feel free to message me if you have more questions. Yeah agreed - sometimes you need to let go of tempting but bad ideas so they don't cloud your judgement.

I'd also be curious to know why the need to mix fillers...if I were to take a guess, maybe it's to keep the overall cost of the filler manageable... since if Bellafill has retained the pricing from Artefill, it can be very expensive per cc. Just a guess, not sure if there are other benefits of mixing a permanent & temporary filler.

Just a heads up.If your plan to have Bellafill injected it is a must to have a test patch done because you my not tolerate it and your in bad shape i you have injected totally not your self... Read on the website for the product name it explain about being tested before injecting it. I talked to Dr M and he denied the test is required...... BE ON ALLERT READ THE SITE Bellafill.

sorry correction on the Girth surgery with alloderm.it is 2800for the surgery and alloderm together and its 1300 for any extra strips after the initial 2800 cost. and keep in mind its 2800 only if you are doing the 5700 lengthening procedure!Hope this helped!

I wonder how permanent and how much Girth will you end up with after its 6mo or a 1yr.

I received an email from the doctor. This what he said about the procedure:

Thank you for your inquiry regarding Phalloplasty- Male Enhancement.
The ligament release procedure can give you an increase of an Inch to
an Inch and a half of length. This is permanent. However, you may see
the result initially in a Flaccid state and not in the Erect state,
which varies from person to person. As far as procedures for Girth
enhancement, we offer fat harvesting or alloderm implant.

The ligament release procedure gives you an increase in length,
alloderm and fat injections increase the Girth of the penis. The
Phalloplasty procedure starts at $4,000 for the fat transfer under
local anesthesia. For the alloderm implant the cost is $6000. The
ligament release is $5700. You have the option of doing a combination
of the procedures, as well. Ligament with fat is $7200, ligament with
alloderm is $8200. With the fat transfer procedure, you have the
option of having up to 3 injections within 12 months of the
harvesting. There is no fee for storing the fat, and each additional
injection is $550.

has anybody had any success with this doctor?

For the moment I'm not pursuing any surgery. I'm glad I waited out on PMMA, it seems to be not a great solution, plus more importantly (for me) I think I might marry the girl I'm with now and she's very small down there, so enhancement would make it just silly.
