I'm not fully recovered with my collagen yet but so far it seems to have made a difference that I'm happy with; who knows maybe its the extra Girth or weight of my penis but I surely feel more confident Flaccid. If you look at most guys progress reports you'll see a pretty significant taper from the glans to about an Inch to the shaft. If you're set on getting a lig cut then you should do it before PMMA for sure.
