It's true that the anti-ageing clinics propose almost as a matter of principle to inject you with Testosterone at the same time as with Human Growth Hormone. I realize that the latter is usually quite lower when one gets older, so it is maybe more straightforward to do outright. But when it comes to Testosterone it is a far more specifically targeted chemical in its effects and therefore might need to be more closely monitored before and during treatment?

I appreciate the advice on the DHT. I am cycling, and yes I have accidently gotten some of the gel on my scrotum before, it is somewhat painful, so I'm more careful as a result.

I'll be 42 in a month, so the DHT is more of a HRT that a PE tool. I think the "gains" I saw starting out using this stuff were due to a greatly improved Erection quality rather than any type of growth.

I have emailed him. Will hopefully hear back from him soon.

1cm or one Inch? 1cm is about 1/3rd of an Inch, I would figure you would gain 1-2 inches Flaccid. 1/3 to 1/2 Inch in Erect gain. I do like the invisible scar. Congrats!

Thanks for the reassuring words. I think it also might be caused by the psychological stress my EP quest has placed on my sexuality, making my Erection quality lesser: this would give less full an Erection making it shorter.
Or it could be that by gaining Girth through the Chemical PE with the DHT cream, my unit still fills the same amount of blood as before before shutting down the valves, meaning that this blood fills a larger cavernous tissue and therefore doesn't "top it up" making for lesser Erect length?
I do think however that I should somehow regain the lost length, one way or another. The Erectile Dysfunction medicine should work well if I do get the QuadMix treatment. I can also try the Cialis pills I got prescribed but never have taken yet, that should increase the blood flow to make it get back to full length if this is indeed an Erection Quality issue. I do hope somehow that my brain will adjust and give me a stiffer one, as with the extra Girth through chemicals, and now the PMMA increase, it isn't nearly as hard as before. I think this is due to the Chemical PE or to psychological stress of undertaking a lot of PE efforts or even of having now an artificially enhanced unit?
Regarding the QuadMix I went to leading specialists here who assured me it is totally illegal in Europe where even Bi-Mix cannot be prescribed even if the doctor wishes to. The neuro-Urologist to test me with doppler echo sonar used a single NonMix with the main ingredient used in all mixes.
I plan to visit the doctor in Toronto who took out a patent for the use of QuadMix for PE purposes, based upon his research of penis growth during the testing of results of Erectile Dysfunction patients being given TriMix products. He is a doctor and prescribes this NOT for ED purposes but for PE purposes.

Regarding regular PMMA you could probably fly home right away and deal with any discomfort in the airplane restroom. But a day's rest isn't superfluous as you'll have spent some time on an operating table, unless you enjoy travelling directly after such an experience. Regarding lengthening they dig down deep into your entrails detaching ligaments from the pelvic bone, this is no small intervention probably done under general anesthesia. I guess what you do once on your own is your call.

hcg is very dangerous if used wrong!!!! I am quite knowledgeable in the use of hormones and steriods. HCG (Human chorionic gonadotropin) should not be used in high dosages in men. if used, it should also be use only for a very short period of time. if you use hcg for too long and in high dosages your body will adapt and eventually stop sending natural signals to the testes to produce testosterone. hcg works by simply mimicking the signals sent to the testes, from the pituitary gland. I suggest you stop taking this immediately and go get your blood work done to make sure your haven't permanently damaged yourself. furthermore, HCG use has no effect on the size of your penis whatsoever. im hoping you haven't been on for a long time. again i repeat, HCG has no effect on the size of your penis whatsoever!! dont use it unless your coming off a heavy testosterone base steriod cycle.
and Noveldex (Tamoxifen Citrate) is actually a what you call a SERM. Not an estrogen blocker. tamax was designed to fight breast cancer in women. This is also another drug use by a lot of bodybuilders. it works by competing for receptor site in the breast tissue and binding to it. blocking estrogen at this site. specifically in the mammary glands in the chest. when testosterone levels are high in the body estrogen rises. rise in estrogen can lead to gynocomastia. hence tamax being used prevent this. bodybuilders use it while on steriod cycles. Tamoxifen Citrate use also has no effect on the size of your penis whatsoever!!! dont use it unless your on a heavy testosterone based steriod cycle. also, if you have been using tamax for quite some while, do not immediately stop taking it. ween yourself off. if you immediately stop, the estrogen in your body might have a rebound effect and rise significantly high, giving you gyno. AGAIN Tamoxifen Citrate use also has no effect on the size of your penis whatsoever!!!

@biggerbob DHT may improve your erectile function and libido temporarily. Do not get the Andractim gel on your testicles/scrotum. Please remember to cycle. After puberty, the topical effects of DHT applied to the penis will result in little to no gain in size. The greatest potential for "chemical PE" is during puberty when levels of growth hormone, testosterone, insulin growth factors, collagen production, etc. are at an all time high.

@HC Glad to hear that my friend. It is difficult to find an "hgh-friendly" physician. Typically, a younger endocrinologist is your best bet as they are yet to be swayed by the past stigma that persists to this day regarding growth hormone. For men in "our" age group, the benefits are profound. You may wish to attempt stimulation of your anterior pituitary gland prior to seeking out an MD. HGH is the primary hormone released by the APG and usually takes place an hour or two after falling asleep. Within a short time frame, it is converted into IGF-1 (insulin growth factor 1) by the liver and is off to Repair damage. @HC If your levels of free T are normal (albeit even for your age), I would advise you start with a lower dose (1%) and see how your body reacts. Too much T that can lead to unwanted side effects; either converting to estrogen via the enzyme aromatase or to DHT by alpha 5 reductase. You don't need the T levels of a bull shark to be healthy, muscular, horny and happy. Low T is a problem however. As always, listen to your body and give it ample time to adjust to the increase of T before making changes. You're a very bright man HC and I trust that you will adhere to your physician's advice. It's a privilege to know you and I find your ability to research any subject of interest encouraging. Undertaking such an endeavor will hopefully prove worthwhile for both yourself and others.

Big Meat,Maybe ur right but it can't be that old. The story came out in '09. I saw it reported on numerous reputable news outlets. I wasn't banking on it. It would be a stretch for me to even consider going to Russia for a surgery. It doesn't seem that far fetched though that something like that could happen.
