This is the same cause of abnormally large Girth following pump usage. The second reason for the temporary length increase is attributable to stretching of the ligaments. Most men can gain between 1/4' - 1' in permanent length through traction over time. It takes many months to years to accomplish. I'm one of those that found the nominal increase worth the investment. I can get just past 8" in the pump, but I don't think I've ever had a BPEL must past 7.0" even with a 10/10 Erection. I'm wearing my pump now, so if it's just a matter of time, I'll certainly find out eventually since it's pretty easy for me to routinely wear the pump most days. Also, the size of the tube will determine whether you are focusing more on Girth or length. For example, I started pumping over 14 years ago, off and on. During that time I can honestly say I've gained slightly over .25 inches. Remember this was me taking long breaks, etc. I'm sure if I was more religious about it, the gains would have been more.
