How much PMMA is too much?

I don't mean regarding aesthetics and i don't mean regarding how thick women like it.
I mean regarding health.

Is there an upper limit of pmma for health?
I think Dr C thinks so - i remember reading about something can go really wrong with too much pmma over time, but i cannot find the thread again (please put links of any threads here that somehow deal with the topic here, thanks!)

(Personally i had 4 rounds, 43ml in total, but visually there could be more for me)
