As of 2019 Dr. Morales has taken over the majority of Avanti Derma's operation and I believe Dr. Casavantes is either retired or doing considerably less volume. Dr. Morales has decided to discontinue their Commercial Account here and pursue other marketing avenues. I hope over time she sees the benefit of this site and returns. I tell you what is more than a rip off... a doctor that messes up someone's procedure. The business of penis enlargement is NOT a commodity! First, priority when shopping for a procedure should be quality and a VERY VERY distant 2nd place should be price. The good news is you have other options, other doctors, exercise your voting power with you dollars. Consumer power.

As for the after pictures those are usually taken few hours or days after procedure if you want to see patients results months or years after then just visit this site. Go higher on CC's if you understood the procedure and why they don't go higher it is for the best results not some scheme to rip you off.

BEWARE of looking at this thru the small lens of cc cost per procedure. BTW i am sure you can find lower prices from a doctor that will gladly inject more cc's but if it was my penis after the research I have done... I would go with 2+ procedures but that is just my opinion I am not a doctor or expert at PMMA.

How much does a nose job cost or a face lift? No material is used in those procedures. People understand they are paying for the Dr's time and skill. I just don't get these price based threads. If you don't want to pay the money go somewhere else. This is elective cosmetic surgery, yet every few months someone from the Bernie Sanders affordable penis enlargement lobby, coming along to complain about the price.

At some point the members here will finally click that affordable penis enlargement is not a good thing! When it's expensive, only those who really feel like they have to do it will make the necessary sacrifice. Once its' cheap and readily available, then we'll all be back to square one. As someone who has recently joined the site. I have read over a lot of the older topics. One thing I've noticed is that the amount of CC's have gone down as the price has gone up. Some people would argue this is due to the doctors perfecting the procedure, however, some of the older patients have had great results.

I also agree with others that Dr. C is one of the best in his field. People go to him because they know they will get good results.

Personally, I think there are handful of doctors who do this procedure but we all lean towards what has been tested and proven. I would love for others to go venture out but that's asking lot when it's not your Dick. We can only vote with our dollar at this point.

But there are Doctors in TJ that are fair with their PMMA prices Surgical Life Enhancement. I contacted them after I went to Avanti just to check prices this is what they email me
