Anything beyond that would be a bonus, but 8" is the hard target. I’m planning to ask the surgeon for a strong length-focused bias (max vertical slits, minimal/no horizontal slits) to keep any extra Girth increase as small as possible for comfortable vaginal fit. Current stats (measured consistently) Length: Flaccid: 6–6.25" Erect (BPEL): 6.8–7" Girth: Flaccid- Circ scar: 7.25" Mid-shaft: 7.5" Base: 6.5" Erect- Circ scar: 7.5" Mid-shaft: 7.8–8" Base: 7" Mid-shaft after 15 min pumping @7Hg: 8.5–9" Surgical history ~3 years ago: Alloderm graft + suspensory ligament release with Dr. Victor Liu in San Francisco Past 3 years: 100 cc PMMA injections (done in stages after the Alloderm) I’m Circumcised. I have a semi-noticeable suprapubic scar from the ligament release (no pubic hair grows directly on the scar itself). No ED at all, I’m fully functional now but I’m okay trading spontaneous erections for the pump because I like the idea of on-demand, hours-long rigidity and the ability to do partial inflation for easy entry + mid-session top-ups. I’m also fine with a light semi-pump for a fuller Flaccid “show” look if I’m at a beach or whatever.I’ve read Egydio’s TEP series (416 patients, avg +3.3 cm) and Valenzuela’s scrotal TEP work and it seems like the only method that actually delivers true Erect length gains instead of just Flaccid/visible length. But I’m obviously nervous about the permanent implant, the prior mods (Alloderm is above Buck’s fascia, PMMA is external), possible hematoma, glans engorgement issues, and whether the scar tissue from my earlier surgeries will complicate skin mobilization. Questions for anyone who’s been through TEP/IPP or has similar filler/graft/ligament history: Is this feasible with my history, or am I looking at elevated risks that make it a bad idea? With a deliberate length-only bias, how much (if any) Girth increase should I realistically expect? Has anyone with prior Alloderm + PMMA had this done? How did the external layers affect things? Glans fullness, how big of an issue is it really, and what worked for you? Any regrets or “I wish I knew…” things from the recovery / long-term side? I’m not in a rush and I’m willing to do months of aggressive traction + pumping pre-op if it helps. I will say I don't know if I'm fully committed to this idea, but I've been Hanging and stretching for many many years and at this point I'm just kind of chasing that length I never got.
