It’s the exact opposite of the stereotypical men’s online forum, which are generally so toxic. Well done! I’m undersized in Girth - about 4.25 EG - though Im about 6 BPEL. It’s narrow enough to require snug fit condoms lest they slip off mid coitus. Totally sucks and I’ve lost partners over my lack of Girth. I’m nearly ready to select my provider and finally get this albatross off my neck and I absolutely can’t wait. I’ve had consults with Avanti and Rejuvall. I’m leaning toward Rejuvall despite the higher cost but I also have a Youthology consult tomorrow. My biggest remaining question, which Rejuvall wasnt really able to answer, is how Rejuvall says you can expect 0.5” gains from each “layer” of filler, and a layer is generally 4.5cc of PMMA for around $6k BUT at Youthology, the same or similar gains seem to require 15-25cc of PMMA at around $16k. Rejuvall said their technique (macro sculpt without cannulas) affords greater precision and efficiency but I can’t fathom such a huge discrepancy being attributable solely to placement efficiency. I’m absolutely not going to play it cheap with my one and only penis but I do want to know what I’m paying for. If I’ll need to do four rounds at Rejuvall to get to the ~20cc of Belafill I’d get at Youthology, suddenly Rejuvall becomes the more expensive option. I just want to gain 0.75” (okay fine an Inch would be delightful but I’m realistic) and maintain aesthetics proportional to my rather small glans. Can anyone shed some light? Thanks!! Unless filler is injected in a wildly incorrect or unsafe manner, one syringe of filler delivers one syringe worth of volume, regardless of who injects it. Technique matters for safety, aesthetics, and smoothness—but it does alter gains. What determines girth gain is: 1. The filler itself (HA vs PMMA, particle size, rheology). 2. Total volume placed. 3. With Bellafill specifically, while collagen stimulation does occur, patient-to-patient variability is not dramatic. Most patients fall within a fairly tight range. If two providers are using the same filler and placing similar total volumes, the end girth should be the same Based on your measurements and goals: • A reasonable estimate is 10–15 syringes total. As I understand it, it does have to do with Dr. Carney's MacroSculptingTM technique. For someone with a 6-inch BPEL penis, we do generally get about 0.5" added girth per 8mL, but results can vary from man to man.
