I was cut extremely tight as an infant and over the last couple years have used the foreskinned air device to get to a moderate to slightly loose Circumcision. I have read here extensively and seen the outcomes and limitations of cut vs uncut. I am wondering if it would be possible or problematic to continue restoration after filler? Anyone with any experience? If you’re cut and you’re using a pump type device to loosen the skin to allow for more filler, that’s a good thing. You can continue to pump post filler moderately and at a safe pressure - I do and have had one round. It helps with my erectile quality. If the skin moves independent of the implant I would think it should work. If the product was placed under in the correct layer then theoretically a guy should be able to stretch without disturbing the implant. And you're right. It is a slow process that would allow for course correction or abandonment if you see any issues.
