This doctor in TJ seems to have an interesting approach by performing the ligamentosis while the patient is Erect and and extended then dividing both the suspensory as well as the fundiform ligaments. His website claims .75-2.5" in Flaccid and Erect length. **\[Administrative Edit\]** And it looks like he performs the proceedure for about 7,500 pesos and can do PMMA with lineasafe a few days later. Anyone familiar with this guy or have any opinions about his technique? Stay far away from this. One of the only few Clinics/Topics that are blacklisted, this may be the only one hard blacklisted. In fact, due to the blacklisting I'm removing the link from the post and may even delete it after you get a chance to read this. They are notorious for claiming to use PMMA when they are in fact injecting you with copious amounts of unknown fillers, likely silicone oil involved. I wouldn't trust anyone with my penis who is willing to administer Girth injections days after a major surgery, and especially wouldn't trust a major surgery on my penis that is that cheap. Sure, you only spend $400 but you're in for a MUCH larger hospital bill and an awful amount of physical and emotional pain later on down the road to get everything repaired. The options in the US are very expensive between Dr. Lui and Rejuvall. Obviously both are sponsors here and do great work but I'd like to check out less costly alternatives if possible. I'll be quite frank, these procedures are elective and a *life luxury.* I'm all for promoting value and healthy competition (to help drive down prices), but I would strongly urge anyone to avoid cutting corners in one particular area: penis enlargement. It's your one & only penis, and you should be even more cautious when it involves surgical intervention like lengthening procedures (i.e. ligamentolysis). I currently don't know of any Clinic/Physician I can vouch for in Mexico or Canada that has demonstrated the requisite knowledge and/or experience to carry out this specific procedure. I should note that I have recommended non-Sponsors in the past when the requisite experience/knowledge was there, so this isn't me choosing not to reveal all options, I'm just afraid I don't know of any at present time. That isn't to say none exist, I'm sure at least one or two might, but I must point you again to the paragraph above. It cost me $1,800 back about 5 years ago. Super professional guy and office. He does do lengthening but I chickened out because it ultimately didn't sit right with me personally. I just easily found them online. I can’t remember how Avanti prefers the cut but I believe it’s high and tight? So just make sure you ask for that. I did not go through with lengthening, only circumcising. I tried for years to gain some length. Last attempt was using a clamp to hang while sitting and using a pulley for traction. The only thing I gained in my journey was Girth when pumping (about 0.4 inches). This could have proved useful as I was able to get 21cc of filler added by Avanti. I figured that if I can’t grow lengthwise (when erecting), I might as well gain in thickness. So I’m average and then again I’m not (wink).
