About a week ago, I had my first procedure and received 14 syringes total—7 of Juvederm Voluma and 7 of Bellafill—from a doctor in California. I’m uncircumcised and had already gained some girth after this treatment. I tend to be someone who overthinks things a lot, which can be both a blessing and a curse. To be honest, I kind of rushed into the appointment. I just wanted to get it done, and now I’m scheduled for a second session. But after reading more online, I’m feeling really confused and unsure. Specifically, I’ve come across a lot of reports about water retention in the shaft with PMMA (Bellafill)—is that really a common issue? I’m wondering now whether I should just stick with Juvederm Voluma moving forward, or if that’s risky given I already have about 50% Bellafill injected? The doctor gave me a tapered look, starting gradually since I’m uncircumcised. Right now, the base (closer to the scrotum) is thicker. The plan for the second session was to balance things out and add more toward the top. I am not only looking for 2-3 years down the road to be happy, I do not want health issues or "high maintenance".. who does? ![:)](https://www.j4.phalloboards.info/media/kunena/emoticons/8.png ":)") But I’m really second-guessing whether mixing Bellafill and Juvederm was the right choice. I know Bellafill is permanent and not reversible if complications arise, which makes me a bit anxious. I’ve attached a photo (partially erect)—there’s still some discomfort, which I guess is normal just after 5 days, but I’d really appreciate hearing your thoughts and experiences.
