I'd peruse through the [ Progress Report Section,](https://phalloboards.info/forum/progress-reports-the-patient-support-group.html) I notice that Providers are using specific and/or newer iterations of Hyaluronic Acid (HA) which are a bit more robust and better suited for penile application -- that is to say, not all versions of HA are equal. Some are better for the face and some better for other bodily applications. You'll find much older reports having mixed reviews with much **newer ones** being more consistently positive from my observations. You can also use the SEARCH function above as well. Those who have gotten HA in the past 2-3 years (especially through a PhalloBoards Sponsor) are probably going to have the most up-to-date feedback on the "palpable and tangible" nature of erections when employing the latest iterations of HA in conjunction with the most advanced & refined approaches. Once i was healed the difference to the touch was imperceptible. If I'd tried to give myself an eggplant, might have been a different story. Some guys have added a ton and they may say their boners are as hard as before, i can't vouch for that, but intuitively less product, less squish. Interesting! Thanks for the feedback. Yeah, I don't want to get crazy with it. I want to add probably 1 - 1.25" in Girth and I'm considering either Dr. Tsay or PhalloFILL. Not sure if I want to fly all the way to Dallas to do it or use a local provider here in Southern California. So I'm hoping that selection in experience with the provider will yield better results. Erection quality has stayed the same, but now a noticeable soft padded layer under the superficial fascia. feels like a 'sheath' around the penis similar to post-pump edema. took approx. six weeks for it to feel 'natural'. my partner only notices the hard-to-fill gap directly beneath the glans (no filler) but not the fat mid-shaft.
