If you have the means, travel to Europe or the U.S. for legitimate Hyaluronic Acid (HA) injections in the penis. [ Dr. Shafer](https://www.shaferplasticsurgery.com/men/swag-penis-girth-enhancement-nyc/) comes to mind since the New England area (NYC and Boston) are general points of entry when arriving from the East.
