Beginning stats - mostly uniform 5” EG April 2024 - Rd 1 (Utmost. 18cc 30%, 3cc 10%) Neck 5.9” Midshaft 5.5” Base 5.9” August 2024 - Rd 2 (Standard session. 8cc 30%, 7cc 10%) Neck 6” Midshaft 6” Base 6” Not a huge gain Girth wise but my main focus was evening out the low spot at midshaft, though I did expect to have more gain overall. It’s been a good 5 months since my last round and I have some very palpable nodules. I have a “hard noodle” on the top side of true shaft near the base. At my Circumcision line I have a hard Nodule that feels like a airsoft gun pellet, and another one below it that feels like an hard oblong pea. These aren’t too noticeable visually but my wife can feel them in her hand and mouth lol. Visually I do have divots/low spots at midshaft that I want to get fixed as it lends to an unnatural aesthetic. Anyway, I’m hoping to hear feedback from folks who’ve had a touch up round at AD. Some specific questions: 1. What issue(s) were you hoping to address? 2. If you had nodules, which techniques were used? Cannula to physically break up the nodules or Kenalog? 3. How many CC’s of PMMA did you receive and was it applied via cannula or spot injections? 4. Can one fly in and fly out same day or does it require a stay? I am curious to hear from others regarding my other questions because I’m inevitably ruminating about whether I should just go for another full round since I’ll be flying in anyway, or if a touch up round will be satisfactory and I’ll be able to fly home the same day. I could be misreading that or misunderstanding how long that is viable. It seems fairly imprecise so I don't know that I'd try it for larger nodules like the noodle you mentioned, but for little BB sized dots applying with a q-tip could be interesting. The discussion of that is something I found here and I can't remember where. For now my regularities are small enough that I've simply told my girlfriend they are new vasculature as a result of me hitting the cardio heavy (both things very much a lie). The girl has had her share of dicks and hasn't said anything, so I guess I'm good to go (and that's probably honestly why I was insecure in the first place in spite of already having a fairly large Dick. She struggles a little now but that's her penance for being such a hoe before me!). I’m quite confident that AD can remedy the issues I have and I do have some low spots that I want to get filled in so I’ll avoid any at home treatments via topicals for now since I’ll be going for a procedure. Not gonna lie, another full procedure is very tempting and I’d love to end up at 6.5” (another 0.5”). So not a lot of data to go by.
