I know most get it for their Erection Girth, which I am excited about as well, but Flaccid measurements and aesthetics are primary concern for me right now. I am a Grower with varying measurements but around 2-2.5" L and 3" G when Flaccid on a good day, but lots of Turtling when exercising which gets uncomfortable. So really trying to get my Flaccid measurements to national average numbers. I've heard horror stories about having irregular bumps or undesirable results, so coming on here for some advice. I've heard some take PDE5 inhibitors after filler to help the molding become more natural, will likely do that as well. Can any growers with experience getting fillers share their experience with this? Or anything I should be wary about? I have considered botox since that would just target Flaccid hang, but the procedure seems not widely documented and I'm cautious about injecting a neurotoxin (however temporarily lasting) into such a sensitive organ. It’s cheap, readily available online, and may give you what you’re looking for. In my own experience HA injections did not help Turtling. In fact the retraction may cause problems with your material settling in the right areas. It can be overcome but if your more chasing to reduce Turtling injections will likely not achieve that goal. I've tried Cialis a few times and it did help somewhat with Flaccid hang, but didn't stick long enough with it to see what longer term effects were. I might try that out first then. Good to know about the injections not helping with Turtling. Did it at least help with Flaccid hang and size at rest? are you overall happy with it? However, it’s not a perfect situation. These procedures are far from standardized and still feels very much in the “let’s see how this works” stage. I’ve spent thousands figuring out what works for me and it’s not permanent. Hopefully as time goes by the procedure and post care will continue to become more standardized and a product will come to market that has the safety of HA with a more permanent result. You are absolutely correct about how Turtling can sometimes cause problems with HA or products settling in the right areas. However there are some.... (albeit not gargantuan amount) of literature supporting bolulinum toxins (Botox type products) that help with Turtling by decreasing patients frequency and magnitude of retractions. Botulinum toxin a (Botox) for relieving penile retraction. J Sex Med. 2009 Oct; 6(10):2788-94. The success rate in this article was around 70%. If fillers are then added the combination can be quite satisfying, although not permament like you mentioned. Hope this helps.
