Arteries have thicker walls and are harder to compress than veins When a cock ring is placed around the base of the penis and testicles, iIt restricts blood flow out of the penis by compressing the veins but blood is still able to enter the penis through the harder to compress arteries. This is how a C rink gives you a harder erection. Filler is placed along the entire shaft of the penis whereas the C ring is at the base acting like a one-way valve for blood. Because the filler is along the whole shaft it does not have a valve effect. The most important reason the filler doers do not act like a C ring is that it does not compress the vessels at all. You would not want to do something that was compressing your vessels 24/7 this would be bad for the tissue. Filler will make you bigger and maybe by improving you mental space make your erections better. But it won’t do anything physically for your erections. Hope that helps.
