You know how the shaft skin can move up and down, even if you don’t have a Foreskin you can still sort of masturbate dry by moving the skin back and forth, and you can feel the rigid texture of the stable layer below it. Is HA filler out in that mobile layer, or the static tissue below it? If it’s in the mobile layer, does your skin just feel thicker? Maybe like the edema from pumping? Does it limit the mobility of the tissue? How does that feel with sex when it gets dryer—it seems like that mobile tissue is important for penetration. Does it just not get dryer cause you got a big hog now? (Kidding, I’m really curious about this) If it’s in the stable layer, how does the texture of it feel? By the texture I mean how does it feel when your moving the skin back and forth over it, does it feel less rough than before, more even? I’m curious about all the things you can’t see in a photo! The filler is placed in between the bucks fascia (deeper fascia) and Dartos fascia (more superficial fascia but deeper than the skin). When you move the "skin" back and forth over the shaft you are moving both skin and some of this superficial fascia. The skin really doesnt feel any different nor is there noticeable "edema." Definitely does not limit mobility of the tissue as mobility is an absolutely essential function of the penile skin in order to retract and stretch during an Erection. Also does not feel "rougher" than before. You can tell there is something underneath the skin if you put pressure and squeeze real hard. Over time you just get used to the feeling and cannot really tell anymore the difference between your own tissue and the "filler or implant." Your skin has sensory nerve endings but the filler does not. Hope this helps. I hope some of the guys can chime in on their experience as well.
