 Hello [ @Dmango](https://www.j4.phalloboards.info/forum/profile/6766763-dmango.html) , Cialis creates smooth muscle relaxation and increases blood flow into the corpora cavernosa. On the other hand, tamsulosin only relaxes the smooth fiber muscles, mainly in the urethra and prostate.
Even though we see good results with tamsulosin, I believe tadalafil is superior. It also comes in different doses. Try 5 mg per day and see how it works.
