It acts like both a collagen stimulator, and an HA filler, and looks like it will be a potential alternative to Ellansé. The estimate I heard today was that it was 2 year from market. I haven't heard of it myself. In our practice, we often will mix fillers to create a hybrid that provides the best of both worlds - the immediate bulking of HA and the collagen stimulating function of a biostimulatory filler like sculptra or Radiesse.
