3 years 2 months ago #1308712194There's variables... How much volume needed, what the aesthetics will be like given your starting point, budget, etc.
But yeah it can and has been done. I was about 6-6.25 inches in Girth after PMMA and am now over 7 from HA added to that.

How do you like the extra Girth difference so far, psychologically and sex wise ? Worth it ?

3 years 2 months ago #1308712230Justn, how much did you increase in total? (with PMMA and fillers)? What was your size then and now? ThanksLeoncios wrote: Thanks everyone for the responses. On this androfill page here ( www.androfill.co.uk/how-much-filler-to-take/ ) it says that you can put up to 30ml, which would give 3 cm of girth, is that true too or is it just propaganda?

3 years 2 months ago #1308712233Hi Justn8, i tried to search for your journal and was unsuccessful so far. I find your 'PMMA first, then HA' very interesting. I guess the HA has advantage that you can 'try out' bigger size temporarily, i guess this was your idea?justn8 wrote: I was about 6-6.25 inches in Girth after PMMA and am now over 7 from HA added to that.

And it seems very vague, some people put in i guess extreme amounts (i think there was one guy with 7.5inch Girth or something) - basically i think nowadays it's more about how big you want to go instead of how big you can go.

It's back a ways. I think the thread title has the date of my first procedure in it. I find searching on the new forum arduous compared to its predecessor... I'll go looking for it. If you can search my posts somehow you'll find it.
For me it was logistics. In higher volumes it seems some HA lasts longer than in other parts of the body. And when integrated with PMMA in there I'm not sure if it'll result in some longer lasting collagen or not. Cost wise once travel and exchanges were accounted for, this made sense. Either wait who knows how long for even just one single more PMMA session or get what I want here in a safe manner.
As for size with fillers, it becomes a practitioner limit/aesthetic thing for most. With PMMA, there's more extreme examples way, way beyond 7.5 out there. But they obviously look very altered and with that product, you're sort of stuck with it. With HA, some will only go so far because in theory if you let it dissolve you'd end up with some stretched skin, altered anatomy with little supporting it. Oh and with high total volume PMMA, even injecting becomes increasingly difficult for them. It almost resembles scar tissue so it gets harder to work the cannula around, likelihood of issues like nodules goes up, so on.

And it seems pretty benign? - like 'nothing bad happens, it just shows apparently that nothing more fits in'

Re: What is the girth limit possible to achieve with fillers?
3 years 2 months ago #1308712247After my last round, I was pretty worried about the entry points developing dead skin. When you google shit and see pictures that look similar you get freaked out. I don't know if I was overreacting or not. I eventually developed a little Nodule in 4 of the entry points. They've somewhat decreased by now but are still noticeable. Just tiny white/grey bumps. About 5 weeks after my fifth round this girl was giving me head like all night. She really liked giving head. She said nothing about the little bumps and no other girl has either. It is what it is. I'll report in some time if they diminished any further.
Again, I didn't do a good job of rolling the product away from the entry points with the little roller last round. I really didn't want to aggravate the wounds any more. Maybe I should have. When Ian inspected my penis after those 8cc and pressed down, a thick pink liquid oozed out, product mixed with blood. One entry point kept having a trickle of blood come out even four days after or so. I was getting frustrated. They tell you that if it keeps bleeding that it's not a good sign. So when you want the bleeding to stop, you aren't wanting to press a roller into the wound. Cannulas are wider than needles, they damage more skin. Doctors have to be aggressive when placing this product evenly. It's not like they push in, inject, and pull out. There's a lot of manipulation going on.
When I was standing there as Ian pushed all this product out of what looked like an enormous entry point wound, I thought to myself, "What am I doing here?" I was sitting at 6.75 and yet I decided to fly back to Tijuana for another round to risk infection in the penis. Dr. Morales gets done filling out the paperwork, turns around, and sees Ian pushing all this product and blood out. She just kind of paused and looked concerningly over at us. She takes pride in what she does and I think sometimes she gets frustrated with how much we want to push things and how much we favor size over aesthetics.

I would be interested cause I’m goin in for another PMMA to try reach 6.5 inch girth from 5, and wondering if the HA in top would help expedite that press. Having a longer member makes it so I naturally need more PMMA
I am not endorsing or suggesting any mixing of product types. I wouldn't suggest starting out with that as a plan.
Although... I do think there is a lot on the table for a place like Avanti to build permanent or semi permanent girth and then perhaps use HA for smoothing if a patient isn't happy with minor irregularities. We'll see how it pans out.
