Plenty, plenty of guys have gotten 4 sessions with no issues. At a certain point with the high total volume patients it seems to be a few factors... Difficult to work the cannula through the existing stuff. Possibility of increased irregularities. That kind of thing. I haven't ever read that being an issue at the 4 session range though. Just play it as it comes and be patient. You may gain more or less than expected out of each session for instance.
