But it was not a concern for me. In fact, not just surgery, but anything you do to make your cock bigger WILL effect your erection angle. Next, I did actually notice a difference for certain positions. Reverse cowgirl is out for me now, it just doesn't go in the same way - But cowgirl is just fine. And spoon is surprisingly difficult now, but doggy - wow - way the fuck deeper. Without going through the list of all positions, i personally feel the trade off was worth it for me. Next, Skin: I think a consult with Dr Carney would be the best way to answer this question for certain. BUT , with that said: I dont feel that you would be hindered at all. I too stretched for years. before getting cut. I even had stretch marks around the base of my penis from my stretching efforts; So I too was out of skin so to speak. I cant and shouldnt attempt to put words out there for any doctor or state claims as to how they do something ( disclaimer ). I can only speak on my opinions here. ---- I feel that the way the doctor does the procedure ( and it was explained to me ) is that when they pull the penis out and re position it , they then "lock" it into place with their special method - that will prevent your retraction back in. and also as they pull it out it does in fact pull other surrounding skin with it . He controls all this and makes sure it doesnt look all weird and fucked up by how he does his stitches when he puts everything into place around the incision site; Probably because he's also a plastic surgeon. But again, to get a better explanation of all this, call them and talk to them. haha. The change in angle should not be major, but some very old warnings claim this can be the case. I had the surgery myself, and I have not noticed what seems like a major change in angle. However, just having to worry about these kind of side effects is one reason that you should think very carefully about having the surgery. I was not aware of such possible complications myself before having had the surgery, and I was extremely worried about it after the surgery. NO, my Dick does not move about and it perfectly secure and stable. As for the angle stuff. Bottom line, everyone will respond similarly in some ways and different in other. For me, my angle changed long ago with fillers and from stretching and Hanging. Then adding the procedure as well caused it to point downward more. But I knew all this going into it. I have a heavy Dick, it just flat out isnt going to stand up the same way. But i dont care, I like having a longer fatter Dick. As for positions, if you are AT ALL worried about losing the ability to do a few, please dont do the procedure. So for me, the angle and weight of my Dick make the reverse cowgirl position more tough. Where, regular cowgirl allows me a direct entry thats all lined up and I hit it harder. Lastly, to be more clear: I was harsh earlier with my wording of the position being "out". It's just more difficult.
