While I don't advocate for self-treatment (please get the supervision of a physician), this is a relevant topic nonetheless. I would use the SEARCH function over there and see what you can gather. Again, I must stress the importance of getting clearance by your practitioner before moving forward. Think of it like a car warranty... the moment you modify the vehicle, the warranty is null & void.
