Hello men. So I am gonna do my procedure soon and I am very excited but nervous. Really hoping to go from a Grower to a semi-shower:) One question I thought about is what type of underwear you suggest after the filler procedure. I normally wear the brand "Obviously" which has a nice pouch for everything even for men who aren't well-endowed. I really only like briefs, not boxers or boxer briefs. I just want to make sure I have the right ones so nothing is smashed and affects the outcome.

Any suggestions?

I did not have filler, but three and a half month ago I had dermal fat graft, Ligamentolysis and scrotal lift, and underwear was very uncomfortable to wear. I was nude at home, and when I went out I wore very loose underwear. I think in your case it will not be so painful, but you might have to wear a bandage, if I am not mistaken? So you will probably need some very loose underwear.

Thanks for the info. Yes, I think a bandage would need to be worn for awhile. I do have pretty loose khakis and some briefs with a nice roomie pouch.

I went commando. Just some (clean) baggy sweatpants, your penis will have wrapping so the underwear becomes redundant.

Once you're in the clear, you'll actually look forward to underwear shopping. Some make your bulge look better than others

What kind of underwear you guys wear in normal daily life (many months after the last PMMA session) - normal, tight, large?

Can be too tight umderwear a problem for the result? I like to wear at least tighter jeans - looks good.

I prefer tighter jeans too, and have found Stealthskyn to be pretty comfortable. Super thin material with a pouch cut into the front.

I really like obviously underwear. They run small so I would suggest going a size or maybe even two sizes up. The pouch is very comfy and allows you to have room for your now endowed Dick. It also looks amazing on.

We use SAXX underwear - many of a ballpark pouch which gives the genitalia some nice support. Sometimes I will have men wear two pairs of underwear if they are uncircumcised. One tighter pair to hold the penis upright (avoid filler migration to the Foreskin) using the elastic around the waist, then another pair over top for comfort.

Both actually.
I also get my own Cock Wraps (Cock socks) made now. So I wrap it up to keep it stretched and long - and run that bastard as far down my leg as it goes. My wife even laughs now. Fuck it. you only live once. ( yes - I am threatening to sell some of my custom products. I just havent got around to it lol. )

HOWEVER - in a more professional setting I will do 1 of 2 things: I bought looser slacks to wear ( but still very nice looking ) so that I can keep it wrapped up and long. & when no other options are available at all ( which is very rare ) I will trow on a pair of tight underarmour boxer things. this way i can still wrap while having it pressed against my leg and it is covert. The most final option would be to put on a pair of Saxx boxers ( but that might be once or twice a year .
and make this point and give some context. The wife and go out fairly often together. And, in business I speak in front a group of other professionals at least once a quarter.
