If you get an infection it's coming out possibly with severe consequences like peyronies and a shortened penis. If you brush you teeth to hard and get a infection in your blood and the infection gets on your implant- it's coming out . That's from a real case with Penuma. Further more Dr.Loria in my opinion uses a bullshit silicone filler that is super destructive and unsafe. I feel like he is a hack ( again in my opinion) .
