I ask a practitioner to keep the volume low. Honestly, there is no solution that I know of presently that can significantly enhance your glans long-term. HA is a short-term solution with modest gains at best. Deep - into the actual erectile tissue. Unfortunately the blood flow just washes it away. Have given that up. Superficial - into the skin of the glans. What is done in Korea for premature ejaculation. Definitely can give long term enlargement but may be lumpy/visible. Is used to reduce sensation - great if that is what you want. What we do for long term size enhancement - inject Aquamid. Aquamid is Polyacrylamide gel. I will post some links later. Going to be doing a study this year on it. Looking good so far. Glans Augmentation makes minimal difference to the length, maybe a couple of mm. It is more for width/flare. Aquamid has been around fro 21years in Australia. It has a remarkably good long term track record. It was started by a Urologist for patients who were having pump implants for impotence. The implant sorted the shaft but left a soft glans so they started injecting Aquamid.
