Its an H.A. filler. The procedure is performed by Dr. Wierschem at his Dallas Mens Health office. He also has an office in Plano, TX. I have a March 30, 2022 appointment set to use Dr. Wierschem and the UroFill filler. I would like to have other information about UroFill and the doctor if anyone can provide an experience report on either. Thanks. Ultimately I just hope you make an informed decision. If you do opt for Urofill, do share with us your experience. I would ask them what kind of fillers they use (silicone oil is a big no-no). I have considered all of the Sponsors as options, but also wanted to make sure that I was researching others that had been doing the procedure for awhile, but weren't sponsors, especially if they were medical MD's (either urologists or plastic surgeons) as I believe that is valuable from a US provider. When it came down to it, I think I am going to go with Avanti, mainly because they have the most reviews on here and seem to be the most experienced.
