I think that's a bit of hyperbole. It's easy to forget the dark history of Phalloplasty and the number of quacks & botcheries this community would see decades ago. Those were real "horror stories" with actual "mutilations." Most issues now are aesthetic in nature, and it's exceedingly rare to find major complications stemming from the procedures provided by most modern Male Enhancement Clinics (especially Sponsor Clinics). Back in the day, things like infection, Necrosis, impotence, nerve-damage, loss of length, loss of sensation, etc, were REAL concerns and not entirely uncommon. I think the issue with Dr. N was inconsistency AND poor communication. Her reviews are mixed and English is not their native language, so if you're not multilingual, you may find the process with them to be a bit tedious. Honestly, if I were you I'd just fly to London and get Ellanse with Androfill. If you MUST have PMMA, then go to the World's Best Clinic for PMMA enhancement in Mexico: Avanti Derma.
