It is easy to get a huge flair or the edge(corona) of the glans immediately but usually little of it lasts. It is because the skin in <1mm thick then you ar into erectile(vascular) tissue. Then it just washes away with the blood. Maybe we have been lucky to not get lung issues like they get with fat emboli syndrome and have had with large intravascular injections of HA elsewhere in the body. It is possible to do very superficial injections of HA as has been reported by the koreans for premature ejaculation. But it tends to give a bumpy surface. Waiting for a few of these to come back now and will seee if they let me post images. Just not an easy spot to augment. They do exist, and I've seen some on the older forum, but they are very hit-or-miss (those that "hit" aren't stellar). Pretty much everything Dr. Oates laid out is what I've read/seen from as well. That isn't to say it can't be done, but if you are going to pursue what I consider a riskier endeavor than normal Girth enhancement, be sure to have an experienced practitioner (i.e. a PB Sponsor or a Clinic reputed for their cosmetic work). I've always had smaller-than-average glans and I'd like to get it enlarged, but I still haven't seen anything that satisfies my own personal risk-reward threshold.
