I have my surgery set for next month. I was wondering if anyone had the fat transfer and ligament cut specifically. Right now I'm 5.5/5.3. 6.4 BPEL.. I was looking to get closer to 6.5x6. I will say, however, to try and stay modest with gains and go for a layered-approach much the same way you'd layer bricks (i.e. multiple rounds of fat transfer). This ensures better vascularization in the long-run (i.e. longer sustained Girth before topping-off), but I'm confident Dr. Carney (or Dr. Morganstern) will know how to advise accordingly. This was my 2nd time going in for procedure. Both times my blood pressure shoot through roof basically putting me in a situation where they couldn't complete procedure. Which is kind of crazy since I have no issues with it. I took that as a sign from the man upstairs. It was quick and easy. At one point Flaccid Girth was above 7". Of course due to swelling. Was told not to have sex for 5 days. On the 5th day tried to have sex with wife but it wouldn't fit plus still was a bit sore. Today makes 8 days since surgery. I'm still sitting at 6.3 Flaccid Girth which is kind of crazy. I'm not sore anymore so I think I'll try to bust moves on the wife again tonight. Also I'll try to measure Erect Girth. Overall it looks fine. May need a touch up. Not as smooth as it once was. That was expected though. As far as length I've purchased the phallosan forte and the restoreX. I'm going to roll with that for a while. I realized that measuring my penis from underneath from sack up to glans I'm over 6" slightly. I have a pretty legit curve but nothing too crazy. Truth be told this was all ego for me. I'm slightly above average on both Girth and length but I've never had sex issues. Wife thought I was crazy for doing this because she was completely happy with our sex life. I found this platform in April and decided why not. I guess you can say I was a bit impulsive lol. On another note Dr. Carney was super nice and understanding. Also had a chance to just converse with him for over an hour. Learned somethings. I should have went back and got a touch up. It was uneven unless I had an Erection that was a 10/10. Wife felt it was too big for about the 1st 6 months. Pretty much eliminated quickies. Way more foreplay was needed. It settled in right above 6”. Mid shaft to glands is where it all settled. Needed to fill base. I would say only 30% is left. Hasn’t even been a year. I’m going to do more stretching and maybe get the lig cut simply because due to retraction I think I lost a lot in such a short period. I would say go for it only if you plan to go back within months for touch up. I really want to get the FFT rather than the HA. I'm looking for a long-term solution. I'm concerned about retraction. I'm also concerned about reabsorption of the fat transferred. I'm currently 4.25" EG at mid-shaft. I'd like to 5.5+ so I think it will take 2 procedures. Also thanks for sharing about the time it took for the wife to get use to the new you. Was she on board with the procedure before you had it? Or did she need to be talked into it? I’m currently considering lig surgery and stretching because I’d like to be slightly longer. Wife felt I was too big at first.. After a couple months I felt like it settled in. She also said it didn’t feel normal for a long while. So everyday that goes by I get less motivated to do anything additional.
