Years later, I now have 3 small fat nodules on the bottom of my penis. **Looking at options to have it removed surgically or via injections maybe?** Has anyone had such a procedure? I was thinking about contacting dr. Morganstern in Atlanta. Any thoughts? Once the nodules are gone - and it’s healed - I’d like to consider Ellanse or similar filler but am unsure if it’s possible for those who’ve had free-fat injections before? Any idea? Just contact them. As for going for a Dermal Filler such as Ellanse after the free fat transfer... I'm pretty sure that Dr C once mentioned that although he doesn't like people to combine procedures, filler after that one is fine and almost creates more space for the collagen to form. Could be wrong. But I'm pretty sure he said something along those lines.
