HIGHLY unlikely that the weight of the fillers alone will have any significant impact on erect length, much less permanency of length. Flaccid can see improvement due to the fillers tendency to prohibit some retraction. Fillers vary in safety profiles and how long they last, **see graphic below for some reference (you may need to click on it to scale the image to your screen).** Your last question should be directed at Morgenstern's Clinic (here is contact info: [ www.rejuvall.com/](https://www.rejuvall.com/) ) since it may depend on each individual's unique situation, but in general I suspect lengthening can be done even if you do have prior filler. I was told I’m all good and that they will start on first week of April.
