For the average guy 5 to 6.5 how has getting girth enhancement change your life?

So for guys with average length I mentioned above specifically, how has enhancing your Girth change your life? Or if it has changed at all? Do you feel like you are now considered or feel “big”. Or do you still feel inadequate or have a short Dick that just happens to be fat?

2021 is the year for me to get this done. Been contemplating since 2009-2010 whoever the 1st thread was created and sizemic being one of the first to do this unknown procedure got his size to crazy proportions. Just would give me perspective to hear from guys who were average and how it’s affected your life for the good or bad.

Honestly, it was life-changing to jump condom sizes. What surprised me was that the biggest game changer was neither the reaction of women or the confidence boost. The biggest game changer was that I didn't have to obsess over size anymore. I was liberated mentally from this perceived shortcoming, and while I do sometimes wish I had a little bit more length, I just don't dwell on it any more.

I’m glad oneinch asked this, one other user said (in another post) that after hitting 6.(?) x 6.25 the Girth increase made him not care for his 7 Inch length goal.

For me Girth is important to give my partner that full feeling but I can’t help but sometimes think length would be great to have too.

i joined thunderspalace and everyone on that site reports crazy gains from PE. i dont get it, how? are they all just trolls, its seriously insane. they make it seem like PE gain is easy as 123. you need to check it out

but they are giving me rejuvenated hope and maybe i wont need that 12k loan for PMMA

maybe i was doing everything right except 1 sma detail that will make the difference

so far im already committed to adding Clamping and dry pumping to my current routine

I've been a member there for close to 15 years I think (give-or-take a year), and I'm privy to the scene. Gains are achievable, however they vary guy-to-guy (I feel like some men have more accommodating units, but I could be wrong), and they require commitment. The allure of Phalloplasty is that the gains are instant, and typically bigger than most Manual PE gains. It's a trade-off: you can pay next-to-nothing but spend months or years, OR, spend 5k+ (depending on procedure) for the quick fix -- ultimately up to the person.

Sort of. On my best day, my length is average-ish. The desire for more length (for me) opens up more "sex-position" opportunities, which is important since I'm a sucker for the curvier, thick types.

No worries, however, since I've found solutions: when it comes to women who may need extra length, I simply dictate what positions take place, and they're typically pleased enough since I'm taking charge in the first place. When it comes to spinner/petite-type women, this is where I can actually feel long and it typically resolves my desire for more length. I can have it both ways.

My girth last measured at base was 6.3". Has a nice taper upward getting the glans. Pretty good work done to make it mostly aesthetic for something that normally shouldn't be very aesthetic :lol:

SO pretty much said it. It's like a nagging worry that you've had your entire adolescent and adult life that's suddenly gone. "Small penis syndrome gets cured with this procedure," Dr. C once said to me, and it's true. As soon as I walked out of his office after round one all doubt and insecurity that I had over my Dick was gone. This helps in many facets of life. When it comes to sex, it's a way different experience anticipating an "Oh may God you're big" rather than fearing a "It's a little small" ... or "it's just my size" or "you have a nice penis" as it's more commonly put. Like Skeptical One mentioned. It really does free your mind up for other pursuits. I've had one procedure of Ellanse, still have to go back for a touch up, to smooth things out and hopefully gain just a bit more. I'm a little above that average length that you mentioned. I'm 7.75 BPEL. I DO think I lost about a 1/4 inch after the procedure. I think I'm close to having it back now. But being at or above 6.5 inches girth is an amazing feeling. My wife was giving me a blowjob over the weekend, I asked her to see if she could fit the whole thing. To be fair she has a sensitive gag reflex, but with the girth in there, she simply couldn't fit even half of it in. I have to tell you.. that REALLY turned me on. Haha yes, blowjobs are definitely different. No more deep throating but I too kind of like the look of it being more than a mouthful. As far as sensation goes, the glans can still fit in so that's as good as ever.
