It's mostly know as a location for cheap (and often good) hair transplants, dental threatments, rhinoplasty and other cosmetic surgeries like liposuction, brazilian butt lift, etc. I've heard Europeans going there for those procedures mostly, but never for Phalloplasty. Hopefully by then you'll have a good portion of the funds available and won't need to take out such a large loan.
