Makes the shaft abnormally smooth but it does it’s job lol. I didn’t get scrotox so I can’t comment on it. The only issue I’ve been having is having to almost reshape my Flaccid penis. I gotta like tug it and pull it around for a couple seconds for it to look normal again if there’s absolutely no blood flow to it or I’m wearing tight pants or boxers.
