I’m three weeks post procedure right now and only some numbing in my belly from the lipo is still there. I started with a Flaccid size of about 3.5in Girth and 4in length and now have a 4.5in Girth and 4.5” length. Erect I went from 4in Girth to 5.25in Girth (6in at the base) and maintaining the same 5.5in length fully Erect. I naturally have a bigger head than my Girth and the extra fat transferred has given me a much better shape when Erect and also straightened out a slight bend to the left I had. I am cut and have some scaring but the stem cell injections (PRP) reduced that and also increased my sensitivity to what it was like as much younger guy (I’m 47). I’d highly recommend this procedure if you’re carrying some extra quarantine fat. I will also say that Flaccid I look bigger and longer from this and the overall aesthetic is much better. Dr Tsay was great and I’d highly recommend using him for fillers and doing a penis fat transfer. I can't speak on behalf of Dr. Emer but his recent use of Dr. Oates before & after pictures on his own marketing material was a bit concerning; fortunately it appears Dr. Emer's office has corrected that problem and it could have been a mistake/decision by his marketing guy and not so much himself. I'd do some reading around and make note of things like Hyaluronic Acid (HA), which is arguably the safest option in 2020 (although there are certainly other viable, safe options).
