Due to the ligament not ever fully being reconnected. My goal was to due the cut and Ellanse or PMMA, but now I'm second guess the cut.. Has anyone with a 1" Flaccid have had Ellanse or PMMA procedure done? I keep hearing about a hotdog look but idk what that means or even looks.like. The shaft skin cannot retract as much as it did before due to the filler. When the skin surrounds the glans while Flaccid, it sometimes gives the appearance of a hot dog inside a bun. Not all guys experience this, and filler does help a lot of guys increase their Flaccid size. But some guys do have this appearance post filler, especially if you have a bigger difference between Flaccid length and Erect length. I totally get it. Wanting to increase that length. But have you seen the scars that leaves? Maybe if you have thick pubic hair, and don't shave it might cover that up. Have you tried Hanging/stretching at all to maximize those gains?
